First time home buyers
often make the same mistakes. In the
excitement to purchase their first home they may be in a rush to make a deal
and don’t do enough due diligence such as researching the neighbourhood they
want to buy into. Conversely, they may
take too long to make an offer on the perfect home only to find that when they
are ready the house has gone to someone else. Another common mistake is not
thinking ahead. For example what works
today in the way of a home may be too small once the babies start coming.
